Great post Skyler! I could really sense the wide range of emotions raging through your character. Anger, frustration, aggrivation. And then the age old question, "Why?" I can't wait to hear the answer!
Peace,
Kat

Oh nice post! With Skyler so out of control, it's great to have a calming influence in the scene. It's really great to see the warriors talking about banding together for Brie too! Well done!
Peace,
Kat

Pierce is such a slime he leaves a trail when he walks! What a manipulative, conniving grease ball!
Nice job Brie. lol You've got a great storyline working and I can't wait to see how it turns out. Looks like the fleet is in for some fun!
Peace,

A word about Pierce. I'm actually basing him in my mind on a college professor that I had 100 years ago, and yes, he was a slimeball.
I want to thank everyone for joining in on this story. I know I've been monopolizing things (this is my 199th post) but my "little side story" has turned into something that people seem to be able to get in to. Hang on, this ride isn't over yet! Thanks also for the emails and the encouragement. This group is the best!
And a special round of applause for Kat. I asked her to stall for me for a little while (Brie can't be found guilty of Amy and Lazant's deaths if they're still alive, right?) and she's done a beautiful job. She's made a longer than expected stall into a great, exciting story!

Thanks Kat! Its fun trying to be the voice of reason amidst all that testosterone- but somebody has to do it! And, Brie, its easy to get caught up in the story when its fresh and interesting. I find it the most fun to post part of the story when I have absolutely no clue what's going to happen next! And you're right, this group is the best! Logan

She's made a longer than expected stall into a great, exciting story! If you think about it, I've been stalling for over a YEAR! Or is that a yahren? lol I wanna come home!...but I've still got a little stalling to do. BTW, PLEASE no one bring the Galactica back to the fleet just yet. Brie still needs a little time for her story to unfold and I'm using the Galactica as the delay. That's the reason that I knocked out the internal communication to slow things down a bit more. Peace, Kat

Get Hawke moving! I would love to read about what kind of twisted stuff Iblis did to him! Don't hold up anything on me (except the Galactica), but even that won't be for long.
Peace,
Kat

Two more great posts! We're discovering more and more what a sleeze Pierce is. I'm just wondering how far he will get before someone shoots him out a launch tube.
I loved the conflict that Brie is feeling. She's just the type to push away the people she cares about to keep from pulling them down with her. Nicely played out. You can already sense that Brie is getting a little cagey. Will she be trying a prison break to foil Pierce's plans? Tune in next time for....
Peace,
Kat

I like how you're going through records to try to figure out what Pierce is up to. Research is frustrating at best and it's nice to see that in your character. Considering the fact that Pierce is a protector, the language in those reports must be giving Agelastus a beaut of a headache! lol Keep up the great work!
Peace,
Kat
