Congrats Brie on reaching 1500 posts! That is just insane! Your creativity and commitment to this game over the years is so amazing, and it's been great to have been along for the ride. You need one of those imperious leader chairs to sit in, cause you are over and above the best writer I've ever known!

Thanks, Amy. Now how did I know that you'd be the one to notice?

Must be a mother/daughter thing? Ha! You know you've nearly doubled my total, and I thought I'd contributed a lot! Just how many keyboards ended up at your curb anyway?

It's funny you mentioned keyboards, because this one has just about had it. Doesn't like caps for some reason, really annoying.
So Amy calls me insane, and Skyler says I have big feet. This comes not long after I call them two of my best friends in the world! Ironically, they're both right.

Groveling the the 'big' feet of our insane Goddess chanting "we are not worthy"...... Brie, I echo Amy's comments about you being the best writer I know....

Looks like you two don't know very many writers...

Don't belittle the fact that you did more for this group than anyone. In the end it was the story that counted, and without people writing it there'd be no point to this board. You made everyone feel welcome, and I enjoyed all the time we spent writing and discussing this whole experience. 1500 posts is such a feat considering this was just a little hobby, a little distraction from the daily felgercarb, and to stay at it so steadily when life intruded and you had every right to drop it, and when so many others did along the way, says so much about the kind of person I have come to know all these years. Yahrens. Whatever!

Can I get an AMEN.... Amy has summed it up perfect. Paula, you are the heart and soul of this board. Your friendship means more to me than anything, and if for nothing else, I love this group for the chance to get to know you. I would like to think I have made other friends up here, and I know I have invited and convinced friends to join, but you are the reason I keep returning to the story. Your drive and love of the Callisto, your friendship, your wonderful creative story ideas.... No, never take away from your accomplishment here on this group. You are a wonderful writer and an even better friend.... Thank you.....

Yeah, what they said! LOL
Seriously Brie, being humble is a great trait, but in this case you are far superior to many people I have written with. We are always our own worst critics.
Congrats on the milestone!

I'm not being humble. Where I grew up I could leave the house and drive less than ten minutes in one direction past Edith Wharton's old house, ten minutes the other way past Herman Melville's. So I guess that shaped my perception of what a "writer" should be.
But thank you for the compliments.
