13 episodes? I thought the Original Series was 24 episodes, so where is he getting the 13 from? typo I hope... Might be mixing it up with the 13th tribe.... Who knows.. it is how ever promising looking.... I would love to see the original series continue, while the original actors can still reprise their roles... but this is as close as we will get I guess.....  |

I was wondering about the number as well. Even counting two-parters as one episode it doesn't add up.

the number just proves they don't know the source material. Even if you count all the multiple part Shows as a single show, there should be more then 13. Idiots lol

Yes, he got that part right... Starbuck is a guy.... Dirk is all guy as well..... A natural Starbuck. I am thinking it is just a typo .. I am hoping... How I would love to see our story continued picking up with the Second Coming time line..., Including the Callisto would be an added bonus... B |

This sounds exciting!
I was curious enough to look into the Galactica comic series that came out for the big anniversary year. Reaper was right. It wasn't what I expected, and one cover had our Galactica favorites posed in a famous Star Wars-like scene. I didn't buy any of it. Talked to the guy running the shop for a long time though. I'm geeky enough without becoming a comic book reader so I didn't buy anything though some stuff I'm still thinking about.... ha!
Oh yeah, not sure if this is technically true or not, but if you think of how many hours of the original Galactica were made, and how many hours of original storyline Star Wars movies were made, aren't there still more hours of Galactica (made in one year) than in 30-something years of Star Wars? I count like 24 hours of Galactica, and maybe 12 for Star Wars (6 movies x 2 hours each?) I'd say it's amazing what the Galactica people were able to do in such a short time.
Just a dumb thought that I'd wondered about....
