What Sci-fi franchise things do you collect and what is in your collection that you concider your "crown jewel"? I collect Star Wars stuff mainly (when I have the money). My "crown jewel" is my OT Star Wars Topps cards with stickers.

As a kid, I collected all of the Star Wars stuff and I still do! Although I am very picky as to what I collect nowadays. Mostly the neat figures that I like and some of the cool ships (for example, the last thing I bought was the Republic GUnship, that thing is huge!!!)
Also, I am now collecting anything and everything BSG!!!! I have preordered the 6" figures that are coming out in a couple of months and I have gotten the new Rittenhouse cards. They are releasing a second set next year as well...

I've never been able to collect much, not enough space or money but I have a few things. My favorite has got to be my 12 inch Wedge Antilles figure by Applause, he's my favorite character and it's a really good likeness. He's front and center in our living room.
Other things that I like a lot...my R2-D2 cassette player and my BSG Space Alert game that still works. I don't think I've ever even changed the battery.
My mom has been going through old boxes and stuff keeps popping up, so it's like Christmas each time we visit. Nothing rare, but it's still fun.

 :DI collect lots of stuff. I collect BSG, all Star Trek, Star Wars, Stargate, X-files, just whatever catches my fancy. The best part of my collection is the autographs I have collected. I am willing to part with the Star Wars stuff but I need to make a list of what I got before I can do that. Some of it goes to my nephew.

Collections huh.  I have more than one collection going at this moment. Lets see... where should I even start. Star Trek - books, christmas ornaments, figures, post cards, sound tracks, episodes, movies, Mr Spock Bear Star Wars - books, christmas ornaments, sound tracks, postage stamps, movies. Battlestar Galactica (original version) - books, Complete Epic Series on DVD, Viper Model Other Collections - Teddy Bears, Beanie Baby Bears, Disney Snow Globes, Disney Movies, Autographsof different actors/actresses |

My collections are as varied as my tastes. I rarely try to collect everything from a series or movie any longer...that got a bit costly. Now I just collect the items that catch my eye or when I'm given a great deal.
I have several action figures/dolls which are probably the pride of my collection. I have Luke, Leia and Darth Vader from the 70s as well as Starsky and Hutch, The Hardy Boys, the Dukes of Hazzard, Ponch and Jon from Chips, the Sabrina doll from Charlie's Angels (Kate was my fave), a Cylon, Starbuck and Muffit all 70s. I plan on getting the new ones when they come out too.
I also have several collector plates of Star Trek and Star Wars as well as the original BG glasses that one of the fast food restaurants put out way back when. Unfortunately my Apollo got cracked although I still have it and I never did get the Cylon glass. I'll probably get both eventually.
I have nearly all of the BG cards from the 70s and have started collecting the new cards which are absolutely beautiful!
But, I think that the real crowning jewel of my collection are several items that I picked up from the Nash Bridges series. When the show was canceled, many of the props turned up on line and I won several of Harvey Leek momentoes including his beret, necklace and Grateful Dead armband. I keep all of them on display in a shadow box that I made just for them.

I collect the ST X-mas oranments. Also the big ships. My main Colection is Diecast Cars, alot of NASCAR, Of course Die casts of my Impala SS and Camaros. Some Robotech/Macross stuff

The only collection stuff I have is a Star Wars Monopoly Collectors Edition and a Battlestar Galactica Rebellion Hardcover Book signed my Richard(thanks Susan)..

Just wanted to ask anyone what they got this past weekend as all the new Star Wars merchandise hit the store shelves???
I got the AT-RT, ARC fighter and droid Tri-fighter and some clone trooper figures...and a new blaster....
