Hello all,
I've been spending the last week trying to clear out the clutter in our storage area here at the house. Old boxes are being replaced with clear plastic ones...that sort of thing.
I had this one box of things from when I was in school, a.k.a. "the early years", and I was transferring everything from the torn box into the plastic one. At the very bottom of the box was a shocker...a Battlestar Galactica Colorform Adventure set!
I couldn't believe it. I had a vague memory of owning one, but I thought it was lost years ago. I opened it up and it looks like all the pieces are there including the backboard. It looks like I pulled off a couple of the figures, but then put them back in their original spots so there are full sheets of characters. The box itself is dented from being on the very bottom, but still in good shape too. How's that for a bonus for cleaning?
Peace,
Kat

Wow, Kat, that's pretty cool! I had a sort of similar thing happen to me over the holidays. My dad told me there were some old records in the basement that he thought were mine, and wanted to know if I wanted to take any home with me. As I was looking through all my old Alice Cooper albums I found my BSG soundtrack. The orginal soundtrack still has that wonderful disco tune, "It's Love, Love, Love, Love" that isn't on the soundtrack CD.
So I brought it back with me, along with all my Alice Cooper albums.

lol I remember that song. I haven't heard enough of it to actually say if I like it or not, but I thought it was pretty cool as a kid.
Peace,
Kat

Actually, there is a German imprint of the Galactica soundtrack that was released in the mid-90's, I believe, that does have the "Love Love Love" song on it. It's an exact rerelease of the original soundtrack. I bought that when I got back into BSG in 1998...and I love the song!!
