What is an afilliate program?
Glad you asked... Basically it's a "Friends of The Battlestar Callisto Role Playing Game" promotion. You make a mini-banner (88x31) and I post it linking it to your board. You do the same with Athene's.
How do I do it?
Take this code and paste it into your main footer (You must run a Proboards message board to do this or we can make other arrangements if you aren't).
Next, where it says:
Here is the code for the Battlestar Callisto mini-banner:
Provide me with the code where your mini- banner is or I can host it on my server.
Where do I get the code for the mini banner?
When you upload the mini-banner to a photo hosting site like Photobucket or Image Shack or Flickr, they provide you with the image code.
What benefit is it to afilliate with you?
The people will click on the banner at the bottom of the page and go to your site!! It drives membership up.
The whole reason for this afilliate program is to unite the Classic BSG community. If you have a Classic BSG board let Captain Hawke know and I will work with you to put your mini-banner at the bottom of the page.
But there is one rule... You must put a mini-banner for The Battlestar Callisto Role Playing Game somewhere on your board that's visible.
