For those who read my email and are here because of it, thank you and welcome back!
My question to everyone is this: what do you see as the future of the Callisto? I think that the RPG part of it needs to continue to take a break, it became too time consuming for too many people. It was fun while it lasted but I don't think that it can really be resurrected at the moment. So aside from the RPG, what do we do? Do we become primarily a nostalgia group? Do we move mostly to focusing on other types of science fiction? Can we be a combination of those things?
Personally that's what I'd like to do, talk about the classic show as well as other science fiction/fantasy entertainment. Sharing our lives, especially our good news, is also welcome.
Thoughts? Ideas? This group belongs to all of us and it's going to take a team effort to make the Callisto great once again.

Firstly, thanks to Paula for putting out "The Call", well done and glad to be here! Now, to answer the question: I agree about the RPG...I LOVED the story and the characters but ran out of time to write (or read) and, as usual, found it difficult to catch up. And these days I doubt that I'd have the time (but I continually use our efforts here as the example of excellence that other works need to match in order to impress me) .
So, aside from writing the RPG, I'm in. Where do we begin? <<While I await your answer I gotta make arrangements to have my Viper transported to Earth, long story, ask Logan...>>

Wow! It only took two guesses to get my password right! ha! It's been a while.... I reallly don't know what we can do aside from discussions and just making time to check in without too much lag time in between. I treasure the memories of all the creativity and fun we've had here, and everyone I've known through this board played a big part in my life during the time I've been here. Just wanted you all to know that. I hope I wasn't too big of a pain in return...  Love to all, Amy |

Can't have a reunion with out Skyler...... I agree, while I LOVED the story and had huge amounts of fun writing my parts of it, I do not see its return just yet.... :-( , I however would love to help get this group as active as we can make it. As we all know, we started as fans of the show and focused on the revival efforts and played with an RPG until it grew into our focus. I think Brie is right, lets keep the group going, lets change our focus once again... When it is time we can try our hands at the RPG again.
I have made some great friends in this group, Friendships I value more than all the cubits on the Rising Star. To me that is what this group has always been about, Friends who love a sci-fi show that was never given a proper chance...

Great to see some folks around here again! I say we continue. I cannot imagine life without all of you guys and without the Callisto, in some way, shape or form. It has been a big part of my life over the years since 1998 and each and everyone of you all has too...
We aren't going anywhere!

I would like to continue as well...I have missed coming here and talking with all of you....however, I just happen to run across this....i didn't get any email notofocation that the board was back on line. I enjoy the RPG and would like to get back to that as soon as possible....but no point if it is just going to be me writing.

Sorry about that Rick. The hotmail account messed up terribly and it sent without a subject line so it might have gone straight to spam. I also couldn't see who got it and who didn't.
Anyone want to drop Ed a line? He might not have gotten it either.
