Have to admit the Clone Wars were cooler when it was all speculation. We used to say looking at how kicking Luke was that a whole ARMY of Jedi would be awesome. Well, honestly, didn't expect them to be rule laiden kinda jerks. I think that is what made the original stories so great. The Empire left a lot of things wide open for a rouge (Han), and those that would rebuild the Jedi from basically nothing (Luke), or those that would be a Rebellion leader (Leia) with little to no resources. With basically NOTHING to work with, all three of those types of characters would have the sky as the limit. And with the Empire in turmoil, people had a lot to benefit in business as well (Lando). Really to me the original movies were about building something from nothing. Prequels seem to be about starting with something great and having it reduced to nothing. Not as much fun. Guess you could say Galactica is taking a lot of something and reducing it to nothing, but we didn't get long to dwell on the something that was there, so you basically are given the reason why there is next to nothing. And then the quests to make something was fun from that point on for me.

Disney is now disbanding LucasArts gaming division as well. They laid off everyone with the company and will now outsource and license all games...the new games 1313 and First Assault have now been cancelled as well...

No words can explain my pain over the cancellation of 1313. I was so excited for the game, so ready to drop money on it ASAP. This NOT a good sign for my hopes for the future of Star Wars.
